Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning

A long-term ambition of mine has been to develop a career working with athletes to enhance their well-being and sporting performance.

Throughout my training in Coaching and Sport Psychology, I began to realise the value of an holistic approach to athlete well-being and the importance of a safe environment where an athlete has the opportunity to practice their skills.  The gym not only provides a place where athletes can develop the various physical qualities vital for athletic performance, but also an environment where progress is built upon many of the same principles that promote personal well-being.

Drawing upon my academic background and experience as a recreational athlete, I continually look to develop my skills as a strength and conditioning coach.  In combination with critical thinking and a consistent, simple and coordinated approach, I look forward to working with any athlete serious about self-improvement.
